Let me ask you guys a question i got from the truth project “Do you really believe that what you believe is really real?” think about it do you? was time you ask jesus to be your lord and savior really real or was it just something new something to make you feel good about yourself. was that time you got baptised really real? Are you Ryan? Is your life just falling apart? Your kids growing up your partner and you struggling all the time just to keep things together? please ask god for real dig into his word become a brother or sister to all christians. This is a great message Ephesians 2:10 we are his master piece. we need to let him chisel away all the hate, lust, anger, and pride to become more like his son. We need not worry what others think of us. God calls us to be like him to be perfect no matter what. To glorify him in everything we do. What will God chisel way from you. Let him make us into his master piece like he created us to be! turn everything over to him let him rule your life! he loves us we are not junk we are Gods Creation the King of kings the Lord of lord!

The Day Has Finally Come

i am leaving tomorrow moring at 5 A.M. to go to North platte so i can meet up with Scp. Wonder so he can take Josh, all the others going with us, and I back to MEPS (military entery process station). So that we can get checked out to so they can make sure nothing has changed since the last time we were there before we ship and then we will be spending the night at a hotel very nice one we will go on from there wednessday to the airport to leave for basic training posts which is Fort Jackson South Car. for me. I am excited to see how god will use me at basic training hopfully i will be able to lead someone to know the lord. The first 3 weeks are basically to break you down to make you feel like you are worthless then from there they build you up as a team/squad/platoon. I am really excited to get to the firing range and see how good of a shot I am but we get a couple of weeks shooting for 8 hours a day to practice so i think I’ll be a decent shot by the time the test rolls around. then when i get back i get a day or to of rest then i get ready for 2 a days… yay me. then school.

Promotion is a go

Hey everyone just thought i would drop in and tell you guys that i did get my promotion to a Privet Second Class (E2) which is really nice because that more money in my pocket to get a decent truck when i get back from basic training which will be August 5th the latest which gives me like 20 days of summer give or take so I’m pretty happy about that unfortunately for my brother he didn’t get one so i am now higher in rank then him which is awesome. lol

pray for safe travel to basics in a week and safety at basics while i’m there also please pray that i won’t have any of my things stolen because i hear that happens alot out there can’t leave anything unattended!

hey guys sorry there hasn’t been anything new for the past few weeks things are pretty hecticwith school/finals work homework getting ready for my brothers graduation party and getting ready to leave for Basic training in 13 days umm not much to talk about other then i will soon be getting promoted from a privet to a privet second class hopefully before basic training because its $200 a month more so that would be nice with buys a decent truck when i get back but i’ll let you guys know before i leave if i got promotated.

Hey guys so as most of you know i tried out for the Grace team this week end and i had a blast the players are pretty cool guys. I was playing a pick up game last night with some of them in the gym and i got alot of compliments which is good i am pretty much promised a spot on the team when i go there which is really cool thanks for all the prayers and good lucks

hey guys sorry its been awhile since i’ve been on here just been really busy with school grades are starting to drop which isn’t good and with Drills left and right it makes it even harder. but any way i came one here mainly to tell you guys about my last drill.

it was in Ashland and its pretty crazy there we got in at about 11:00 pm it took about 30 to 40 minutes to get our stuff checked out like height at weight we then went to our barracksand went to bed almost right as we got there because wake up was at 4:30 am. which was kind of dumb cause it was scheduled for 5 but drill Sgt. Chase decided to wake us up early. We got up and got ready went out side and it was just a drizzle when we got out there but once we started our PT (physical training) tests it was pouring rain we were out there for about 2 hours with it just pouring on us we then lined up for chow and ate. WE HAD 45 SECONDS TO EAT BREAKFAST!!!!!! it was rediculas you get more time to eat in basic training then we did there. but then we got time to shower and change clothes it was done raining when we did all that.

We then went to form up out side and GUESS WHAT it was pouring again. we pretty much just marched around the rest of the day with cadences and worked on our commands stuff that if i haddend been standing for hours with my feet hurting i could have done for ever it was alot of fun which i know sounds weird but it was. We went to bed again at 11:00 11:30 some where in there and woke up at 4:30 again for PT but instead of push ups and sit ups we ran for about 2 hours with cadences it was pretty easy ate breakfast which we had more time for on Sunday thankfully showered and then went to awards for the Green Phasers(basically the guys who have been though Basic training) and then we left at about 9 because we had a 4 and a half hour drive ahead of us and we rode on a bus with people who had a 6 and a half hour drive so it was a good weekend but a bad one at the same time. I’m now looking forward to Grace University try outs this weekend should be AWESOME!! and then i get back on monday night and get ready for drill again. yay!!

Work was Long but pretty good over all for ONE REASON!

O.K. for those of you that don’t know me i work in a Grocery store as a courtesy clerk which basically means i can be doing anything from cleaning to stocking shelves the only thing i don’t do in the store is manage it other then that I’ve done something in every department some time or another. i usually help people out or stock shelves well today we got coolers in so we were stalking them and after we got them all up there we had about 4 or 5 big boxes. They were around the area of 4 feet high and about 2 feet wide well i’m just under 6 foot so i decided i would cut a flap in the box wait untill my boss walked by pop my arm out of the box and grab his leg well i got someone in produce to help me get him there and then i just burst through the box. He just about had a heart attack he jumped so high it was great. he later asked me if it was my idea and i was like ya he said it was a great one he just wish i hadn’t been him lol but he liked it anyway.

I Don’t Know How Much Longer I Can Wait!

O.K. so the Grace tryouts are coming up and i’m way to excited for them i’m just going crazy. Just writing about them makes me want to start kicking a soccer ball. even though my is toast now (STUPID WOOD CHIPS!!!!) they put a hole in my ball. I guess i just have a good leg lol just kidding. but anyways i can’t wait for them i mean i’ve been waiting since before my birthday in November its been a long time and i thought they were going to be the 18th and 19th but it turns out i was a week behind so they got moved up ANOTHER WEEK GRRRR I don’t know how much more of this waiting game i can take!

Off to a Great Season!

Last night we had our first soccer game and the first half was kind of disappointing toward they end the had a ball fly down to our side. I went after it and so did Andrea my wing well she got it first but it kind of rolled off her foot weird i guess. Not sure how it happened but she ended up kicking it straight to T (Opponent) and he was right down the middle of the field so he had an easy goal especially after it bounced off my heel and into the goal. (Lucky me) lol. we had a lot of good looks in the first half its just they were either off target or to soft and an easy grab for their Goalie.

The second half was just outstanding started off couldn’t have been more then 30 seconds and Amy put one it from OUTSIDE THE 18!!! Things started to slow down a little bit. We got to about 4 or 5 minutes left in the game and they kicked it down to our side i grabed it brought it to about half field made their defender pick me up and then hit my brother with a solid pass for the score. they started to bring the heat after that but they’re moral was low and ours was just going crazy. We won 2 to 1. It was a good intense game with a great outcome.
